FAQ

Common questions

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. This test is a quick screening tool designed by audiologists to give you an indication of your hearing health. It does not replace a comprehensive clinical assessment. If you have concerns, you should book an appointment with a qualified professional.

Highly accurate as a baseline screen. While it cannot replace specialist booth testing, our audiologist-designed algorithm provides a reliable indication of how well you hear different frequencies. For the best results, make sure you are in a quiet room and using headphones.

Never. We take your privacy seriously. Your answers, data, and final results are processed instantly during the screening and are not saved, stored, or shared with anyone. Once you close the page, it is completely gone.

Don’t panic, but do take action. A poor result simply means you should get a formal checkup. We recommend sharing your results with your doctor or booking an appointment with an HCPC-registered audiologist for a comprehensive evaluation.
